Colorado native Africano joined Vermejo Park Ranch as executive chef in 2007. Chef Africano’s commitment to fresh, local produce and the addition of an on-site garden lends a unique approach to traditional ranch fare.
Chef Africano changes the menu weekly. Wines are chosen to pair specifically with one of the main courses. Your server will be happy to assist you with the appropriate selection.
